           Rate Schedule


  1. -$12.00 pick-up fee*

  2. -$3.00 per mile

  3. -$5.00 per food/beverage stop

  4. - Unfortunately we are not able to go to the drive thru’s at Taco Bell and Jack in the Box at peak hours.

  5. -We reserve the right to refuse food/beverage stops.

  6. *$24.00 fee for pick up in Scotts Valley, Felton, and Bonny Doon. (Plus the regular $3.00 a mile rate).

        Service Area


We are currently driving folks from Aptos all the way to the deep westside of Santa Cruz including all areas in between (Capitola Village, UCSC, Etc...).. We also service Bonny Doon, Felton, Rio Del Mar and Seascape. We are now able to service Bonny Doon, and Felton. Please see are rate schedule for PICK UP fees in those areas We encourage advanced notice if you live in any of those areas to ensure a short wait time.

Designated Driver  - Our primary service takes you and your car home safely.

Hero DD by the Hour - Hire a professional Hero to drive you in your own car where ever you need to go. Whether you need a ride a safe around on a wine tour or a trip to the airport, Hero DD has you covered. Rates are $40.00 per hour.

Medical Transportation - If you have a medical appointment that you are unable to drive home from, Hero DD will be there to drive you and your vehicle home.

Car Retrieval Service - Set up a reservation for us to pick up your vehicle if you are unable to do so. So, if you decide to change locations while out on the town, we will come to you, pick up your keys, then either return to your current location for passenger pick up or take your vehicle home for you. Also includes retrieval from auto mechanic shop.

Wedding Receptions & Private/Corporate Parties - Let your guests know you care about their safety by hiring a team of Heroes to get them home safely from your event.

Figure out how much your fare is going to cost. Just put in both addresses, then multiply total distance in miles by $3, then add $12 for the pick up fee and you have your fare total. If you are going to be picked up anywhere in he mountains (Bonny Doon, Boulder Creek, Felton and Scotts Valley), the fee is $24 plus $3 a mile. Our scooters are unable to go up hills so we need to use our vehicle to get to you, thus the added fee.
